Anova’s sous vide professional vacuum sealer is the high power, more versatile version of the Anova sous vide vacuum sealer. 

This robust gadget is designed to extract air from your sous vide bags quickly, sealing them securely. 

The pro sealer is built to handle over 100 continuous vacuum seals, making it durable and reliable. Each sealer comes with a full roll of bags, plus a cutter, so you can use them as you need.

Select the moist or dry button, depending on whether you want to vacuum pack salmon, steak, soups, fresh vegetables or pickles. With the pulse vacuum button, you can have full control of how you seal each bag.

As well as working as a vacuum sealer, this gadget includes an accessory port and vacuum hose – you can seal more than just bags, from canning jar lids to vacuum-ready containers.
