Cookut Bamboo Steamer

Cookut’s bamboo steamer is a healthy way of cooking meat, fish and vegetables. This bamboo steamer is designed to be used alongside the Cookut Dutch oven. This stackable bamboo steamer has two levels, meaning that whole meals can be cooked in one go, with fish or meat in the bottom level, and vegetables on top. Follow the below instructions for using this bamboo steamer:

1. Bring a few centimetres of water to the boil in your Dutch oven.
2. To prevent the food from sticking to the baskets, place a leaf of cabbage or greaseproof paper in the bottom of each basket.
3. Place the food in the baskets.
4. Sit the basket on top of the pan and cover with a lid.

To care for your bamboo steamer, rinse with hot water after each use.
