Cookut Stainless Steel Couscoussier

Use Cookut’s stainless steel couscoussier to make perfect fluffy pasta. A couscoussier is a traditional double-chambered food steamer used in Berber cuisine to cook couscous. This single-layer steamer basket has an integrated sieve that lets steam rise from the top of the couscous.

To use Cookut’s couscoussier, place the basket on top of Cookut’s Dutch oven and fill it with water. The water turns to steam that in turn cooks the couscous. This versatile piece of cookware is great for steaming vegetables and fish, too. Steaming retains the vitamins and minerals in vegetables, making it a healthy cooking method.
