De Buyer Kwik Pro Piston Funnel With Stand

The De Buyer Kwik Pro piston funnel with stand lets you dispense precise amounts of cake batter, sauce or glaze quickly and easily – and with less mess.

Pour the batter, sauce or glaze into the funnel. Press the lever on top of the funnel with your thumb to dispense a controlled stream into moulds, onto cakes or into glasses. The flow stops as soon as you release the lever to minimise drips.

The Kwik Pro piston funnel comes with two extra nozzles so you can adjust the flow – a 4mm diameter for a very fine stream, and a 6mm diameter for a medium stream. The integrated nozzle is 8mm in diameter, and is best suited for filling larger moulds quickly or covering the surface of a cake.

The piston funnel is heavy-duty stainless steel, and is suitable for use with cold or hot preparations up to 80°C. It comes with a stand for stability while filling, and to keep it upright while you do other things. The mechanism is removable for easy cleaning.

The De Buyer Kwik Pro piston funnel is 17.5cm in diameter and 18cm high, with a capacity of 1.5 litres. Including the handle, the total length of the funnel is 26cm.
