This sake is dry, but beautifully smooth. It has a refreshing fruitiness which makes it a perfect match for delicate dishes such as sashimi and sushi. It also pairs well with chicken and seafood.

It is a Junmai sake, which means the rice has a polishing rate of 70% – the higher the polishing rate (ie how much of the coarser outer rice layers are removed), the deeper the flavour in the sake. Junmai sake is a popular choice to enjoy with food, thanks to its complex, round character.
