Olives of Provence – almonds from Provence coated in dark chocolate with a layer of white chocolate coloured to look like olives

Galets – roasted almonds coated in nougatine, with dark chocolate and coffee

Noisette de nos Forets – nougatine coated hazelnuts, dipped in milk and white chocolate 

Pralino chocolat noir brilliant – almonds simply coated in nougatine and dark chocolate

Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses recipe that is over three centuries old.
