The Francois Doucet Provence grand selection includes a choice of four items from the company’s beautiful range of French confectionery. The selection includes Olives of Provence – almonds from Provence coated in dark chocolate with a layer of white chocolate coloured to look like olives; Cherry Love – a rich cherry jelly coated in Gianduja chocolate and hazelnut, dressed in striking cherry colours; Cognac Grapes – dried cognac raisins wrapped in marzipan and chocolate; and KaraoSel – light and crispy balls coated in white chocolate with a hint of Fleur de Sel salt.

Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and cook their confections with nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses recipe that is over three centuries old.
