Frantoio Muraglia aromatic bergamot extra virgin olive oil is excellent for dressing zingy citrus salads. Unlike most flavoured olive oils which are infused after pressing, Frantoio Muraglia press bergamot together with the olives meaning the oil is infused with flavour right at the point of extraction. 

This aromatic oil with perfumed citrus notes makes an excellent dressing for orange and radicchio salads, or drizzled over rich chocolate ganache for an indulgent dessert.
