Giuseppe Giusti balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP Extravecchio is one of the finest vinegars, aged for a minimum of 25 years. 

Made from one single ingredient – the must of cooked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, the vinegar is aged through a process which involves decanting and refilling via various types of wooden casks, each one providing various flavour profiles.

This luxury balsamic comes presented in a wooden box. 

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start.
