• The Oliva Luxe knives are formed from single pieces of fully-forged and hot hammered steel to create a strong and powerful knife all the way from heel to point.

The Oliva range is named after the beautiful polished Italian olive wood handles the knives are made from, which have a sleek, smooth finish. 

This knife is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash in warm water and avoid cleaners containing citrus and beach to protect the delicate wood. We advise you regularly oil the wood handle with food safe mineral or rapeseed oil to prevent splitting and protect the wooden finish.
