• This extra strong blade allows for increased control which is perfect for the intricacies a paring knife is used for. The blade is sharpened by hand at a 14 degree angle – attention to detail which makes for an edge that is super sharp from heel to tip. 
• The Oliva Luxe knives are formed from single pieces of fully-forged and hot hammered steel to create a strong and powerful knife all the way from heel to point. 
• The knife is half bolstered, meaning a sharper edge can easily be maintained for the full length of the blade when sharpening. It also makes for a more comfortable and smoother cut.

This knife is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash in warm water and avoid cleaners containing citrus and beach to protect the delicate wood. We advise you regularly oil the wood handle with food safe mineral or rapeseed oil to prevent splitting and protect the wooden finish.
