Nihon Shokken Ramen Soup – Tan Tan Men 2kg

Nihon Shokken ramen soup is a miso-flavoured soup base with spicy, umami flavour. This soup base combines salty miso with Korean chilli paste, chilli bean sauce and shiitake mushroom extract. These layers of flavour make extra-rich ramen broths and noodle soups. This large 2kg bottle is ideal for catering and professional kitchens, and will make up to 70 bowls of ramen soup.

To make your soup, add 30ml of soup base to each bowl of ramen and combine with 300ml of water. 

This ramen soup base also works wonderfully undiluted as a seasoning for rice and noodle stir fries, to add to marinades or as a dipping sauce for tempura and dumplings
