PGI Piemonte hazelnuts are grown in northwest Italy and are considered the best variety in the world. Made from 100% hazelnuts which are shelled, roasted then finely milled, this flour has a very fine texture.

Stir through madeleine batters and chocolate torte mixes, sprinkle over chocolate-dipped shortbread biscuits, or combine with hobnobs for a nutty cheesecake base. We also love adding a little hazelnut flour alongside 00 flour when making fresh pasta – once cooked, serve with sweet squash sauces.
