Pariani Vanilla Powder 100g

Pariani’s vanilla powder brings an intensely aromatic flavour to your cakes, ice creams and pastries. Madaagsan vanilla beans are dehydrated and finely ground to produce the powder. Unlike vanilla extract which is often made with alcohol, which then evaporates during cooking, this powder is very pure, with the flavour remaining the same through the baking process.

Use this vanilla powder in place of extract or essence – as the powder is stronger, use 1 tsp of extract to every ½ tsp of powder. Sprinkle a pinch over French toast before serving, stir through granola or add to ice cream mixes.
