ProQ Home Cured Salmon Kit

The ProQ home cured salmon kit will take your weekend brunches to the next level. The kit contains the following:

With this kit, all you need to add is the salmon! With 3 different salmon cures, this kit is a fantastic starting point for home curing. The cure mixes are:

• Gravadlax salmon cure mix – create a Scandinavian-inspired salmon with this blend of sugar, Cornish sea salt, black pepper, dried dill and dried lemon peel
• Beetroot salmon cure mix – an earthy blend of cane sugar, Cornish sea salt, black pepper, beetroot powder, ground caraway seed, ground fennel seed
• Citrus and juniper salmon cure mix – fresh and citrusy blend of cane sugar, Cornish sea salt, black pepper, juniper berries, dried lemon pepper, dried orange peel

Once you’ve cured your salmon, serve slices with rye bread and a squeeze of lemon, pair with grated apple salads for a light lunch or enjoy with avocado on toast.
