Serve chilled as an aperitif or to end a celebratory Japanese meal with friends and family. Or try serving the azure sake at room temperature to accompany Western dishes – it works particularly well with salmon and fresh oysters.

Tosatsuru Azure sake is considered ‘new generation’ – a reference to the use of deep ocean water in the brewing process rather than mountain spring water. This gives the finished sake clean mineral notes, and also promotes strong fermentation during the brewing process for a well-balanced drink.
