Made with only three ingredients: cocoa, cocoa butter and cane sugar, the flavours of this single origin couverture come fully from the terrier – tangy and intensely fruity. Sourced from the 600-hectare plantation, this ‘pure’ chocolate is fully traceable back to the plot where the beans grew.

Use this single origin Madagascan chocolate to make ganaches, pralines and intricate chocolate work, from chocolate bars to Easter eggs. Pair this fruity chocolate with coffee, roasted almonds and chestnuts for a wonderful balance of flavours.
